Eleven years ago my husband and I were thinking about starting a family. Then September 11th happened. We thought, "Why would we bring another person into this horrible world??" Then we thought, maybe we can bring someone into this world who will make the world a better place and raise someone who will make a difference. And in 2002 Owen was born. He is now ten and has certainly made a difference in our lives, and I know he has changed the lives of others.
